Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@theorientalcarpets.com] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
